Initial Situation: Due to high market growth for armored vehicles and time constraints, a TOM was to be implemented company-wide, based on best practices and industry reference processes.
Results: A TOM (QMS down to the workstation level) implemented and enabled according to IATF, ISO 9001, and AS 9100 standards. Streamlined layout with Lean principles. Training and coaching of managers and employees in all production-related areas (QA, TPM, logistics, SFM, etc.).
