Initial Situation: Long downtime and increasing overhead costs for MRO parts result from inefficient supply chains, a broad supplier base, and a lack of logistics standardization.

Results: A 360° supply chain audit was conducted, and a best-practice TOM (Technical and Organizational Measure) was developed, including a supplier strategy and roadmap.
