What you can expect:
- You will support our consulting team on-site at the client's location in the analysis, development, and implementation of optimization concepts for production processes – for both medium-sized businesses and globally operating corporations.
- You will take on independent work packages and actively contribute to projects.
- You will work on current topics such as lean production, sustainability, and CO₂ reduction.
- In addition to project tasks, you will contribute to publications, market research, and the development of new consulting approaches.
- Through direct client contact, you will gain exciting insights into the world of management consulting.
What you bring to the table:
- You are studying mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on production or logistics.
- Initial practical experience in lean management or management consulting is advantageous, but not required.
- You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and ideally, some experience with data analysis tools.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
- You are analytical, creative, and eager to learn new challenges.
- Team spirit, open communication, and a good sense of humor complete your profile.
