Internship (m/f/d) with a focus on Marketing & Social Media

What you can expect:
- Developing the marketing strategy: You will support the conception, refinement, and operationalization of our marketing strategy (target groups, positioning, core messages, channels, KPI set).
- Marketing plan & campaign management: You will contribute to the marketing plan, structure measures, coordinate timelines, and support implementation (including performance measurement/reporting).
- Website development: You will maintain and optimize website content (structure, texts, use cases/references, SEO basics) and support content development.
- Supporting studies & white papers: You will support market research, editorial preparation, and marketing (teasers, landing pages, newsletter/LinkedIn assets) to ensure content reaches the target audience effectively.
- Managing social media channels: You will plan, create, and publish content (especially on LinkedIn), manage the editorial calendar, moderate interactions, and derive concrete optimizations from performance data.
- Analysis & Impact: You will support the evaluation of campaign and channel performance (e.g., reach, engagement, leads) and derive recommendations for action.
What you bring to the table:
- Advanced studies in a field such as Business Administration/Marketing, Communication Studies, Media, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent written communication skills in German; fluent in written and spoken English.
- Interest in B2B marketing within a consulting environment and a passion for structured, analytical work.
- Initial practical experience in marketing/social media/content (e.g., internship, working student position, university projects) is advantageous but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint/Excel); ideally, basic knowledge of CMS/analytics/SEO.
- A hands-on mentality, initiative, team spirit, and reliability.
