Senior Manager / Principal (f/m/d) – Operations & Lean Transformation

We support companies in increasing efficiency, optimizing processes, and sustainably transforming their value creation systems – from defining strategic goals to successful on-site implementation.
To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking an entrepreneurial individual who will shape operational excellence, develop client relationships at the executive level, and actively advance our consulting business in the area of Lean Transformation & Operations Strategy.
Your responsibilities:
- Leading and managing demanding operations and lean transformation projects in industry and SMEs
- Developing and implementing customized production and supply chain concepts with a focus on efficiency, quality, and sustainability
- Analyzing and optimizing processes, value streams, and organizational structures along the entire value chain
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships at the management level and identifying new business opportunities
- Developing and implementing digitalization and automation solutions to increase efficiency in production and logistics
- Responsibility for project teams, budget, and deliverables
- Contributing to the strategic development of the consulting portfolio and actively participating in business development and thought leadership
Your profile
- Above-average university degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a comparable field
- At least 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, lean transformation, or industrial leadership
- Sound knowledge of lean management, operational excellence, supply chain management, and change management
- Proven experience in project management and customer development at the top management level
- Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking with a strong drive for implementation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at the C-level
- Very good German and English skills
